Who is this King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle.

Glorify God in Prayer

Father you were made flesh and lived with us and the world beheld your Glory as one begotten of the Father - full of grace and truth as we read in John 1:14. 

You came for us and died for us. The death of your son on the cross purged us of our sins as we learn in Hebrews 1:3, he was the brightness of your Glory father and express image of your person. We praise and Glorify you.

The very heavens declare your Glory and the firmament shows your handywork - You oh Lord are the King of Glory - our Lord strong and Mighty! Glory to you!

Prayer of Praise

Heavenly Father we Praise you for the breath of physical life you gave us and for the eternal life through salvation that we are blessed with.

Thank you for Psalm 150:6 'Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord.'

At you command everything was created as we learn in Psalm 148:5 'Let them praise the name of the Lord: for he commanded, and they were created.'

Almighty God you are all powerful, perfect and do not need anything from us to be complete - yet you accept our praise and worship in spirit. Thank you Father.

Thank you for teaching us to start our prayer to you with praise in Matthew 6:9 'After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.'

Enable us to praise you in all earnestness and sincerity as little children as you taught us in Matthew 21:16 'And said unto him, Hearest thou what these say? And Jesus saith unto them, Yea; have ye never read, Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings thou hast perfected praise?'

Lord God, it is Good to praise you as the Psalmist says in Psalm 147:1 'Praise ye the Lord: for it is good to sing praises unto our God; for it is pleasant; and praise is comely.' - thank you for the privilege Amen.
